Es handelt sich um einen Verschnitt aus 3 verschiedenen Sorten Grenache, Syrah und Agiorgitiko zu gleichen Teilen, der mit einer sehr kurzen Extraktionszeit vinifiziert wird, was zu einem perfekten Endprodukt voller Finesse führt. La Tour Melas ist die Vision des Winzermeisters Kyros Melas, der ein Weingut aufgebaut hat, das dem einer berühmten burgundischen Marke sehr nahe kommt. Die Trauben stammen von 100 Jahre alten Rebstöcken, die nach den Grundsätzen des biologischen und biodynamischen Landbaus angebaut werden, mit äußerst geringen Eingriffen und sehr niedrigen Erträgen, was zu außergewöhnlichen Konzentrationen führt.
