Dyo Ipsi, which in Greek means two heights, is a relatively new winery that was recently bought by wine perfectionists Vagelis Gerovassiliou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis of Vivlia Chora who brought in a new brand name and a new philosophy. Dialogos White by Dyo Ipsi Estate is a blend of two varieties, Assyrtiko and Kidonitsa, which beautifully complement each other adding complexity and a larger spectrum of interesting dimensions. The vineyards are located in the area of Ilia, in 2 slopes of different heights with different types of soil which offer perfect sun exposure and drainage for top quality wines. .Assyrtiko brings in its passionate dynamic character while Kidonitsa brings in a fruity, softer persona. The blend has an air of freshness that is really attractive and totally satisfying.
