When Stelios Kechris introduced Tear of The Pine, his new era Retsina brought a wave of enthusiasm since finally Retsina found its place once again in the universe of Greek wine making, after many decades of disgrace due to lower quality versions that damaged the image of Greek wines abroad. Roza, its rose version, is full of what Greece is all about. A tiny taverna overlooking a magic beach, the sea breeze, the sound of the wave, solo bouzouki or dancing nearby and the sun that dives in the blue waters to paint the horizon with a thousand colors. Roza is really Xinomavro with just a tiny hint of resin that often does not get noticed due to the palette of elements that paint the picture of this modern definition of Retsina
