One thing is clear by now that Robola has the potential to become the No1 rival of Asyrtiko in the future and this undoubtedly unique wine shows why. Sarris Winery has put in a lot of hard work in experimentation and has created a precious wine which is produced with zero interventions, sulphites or other chemicals. Ambient yiests are used for fermentation while the wine matures in oak barrels in order to acquire its impressive complexity. Enjoy a new definition of minerality and an excellent concentration which will surprise you pleasantly. Its colour is pale lemon, its body medium to full, with a nose with aromas of citrus fruit and peach.
