This special Rapsani, the winery’s flagship wine, is a blend of 3 fine varieties Xinomavro, Krasato and Stavroto which come together to create a noble and fruity wine that can be enjoyed anytime. Cultivation in the vineyard is fully organic and the precious juice matures for 12 months in oak barrels and then for another full year it ages in the bottle.
