Rapsani by Konstantinos Liapis, the very knowledgeable partner of Apostolos Thymiopoulos, is a beautiful powerful and elegant Rapsani that we all love for its balanced character and its full expression of the terroir. It is a blend of Xinomavro, Krassato and Stavroto, a combination that brings together the dynamic character of the first with the more delicate persona of the other two. With limited interventions, indigenous yeasts, 12 months of maturation in oak barrels and no sulfites added during bottling this is a wine that you will fall in love with easily, especially if you allow some bottles to age for the suggested 8 years.
