Prorogos Roditis from Microbio winery will surprise you with its new era approach to winemaking. They are one of the few wineries in Greece that are certified for the use of biodynamic methods of wine production. The cultivation of Roditis is fully organic and is given every chance possible to produce superb results. The word prorogos means that the juice used for wine production comes from the first grapes without the use of pressure, just by the weight of grapes sitting above. The winery experiments with local and international varieties and is focused on the production of natural wines thus the use of sulphites is below the lowest limit.
