Where things are done in new secret ways that will surprise you and excite your senses. This unusual blend of 10% Assyrtiko and 90% Vidiano, which comes from a winery near Mount Olympus is very well done and although Vidiano is a Cretan variety it is interesting to see new expressions coming from other parts of Greece. The must remains for 2 months with its fine lees and the result is an attractive wine, with perfect complexity, delicate aromas and well balanced structure.
