Translated from French it means: “The Spirit of the Lake” and it fits so much the airy character of this label since L’ esprit du lac 2022- Ktima Kyr Yianni is a perfect rose made of Xinomavro born around the 4 magical lakes found in the area. The best grapes are collected from the winery’s Kali Riza vineyard. The juice is first separated from the skin and then it remains for a limited time for maceration with the skins in order to acquire its special salmon color.
