Ble Alepou (Blue Fox) is a world class wine that is already part of many famous wine lists around the world. Stelios Boutaris decided to create a more international blend which would include Xinomavro, Cabernet Sauvignion, Syrah and Merlot. All 4 varieties are vinified separately and remain for 14 months in French oak. Then they join forces and they remain for another 4 months in oak barrels and finally they age gracefully for another 6 months after bottling.
