If a product you received from the arrives broken or corrupt, we are here for you! All producers with whom we cooperate will be happy to replace the product.

If you receive a faulty product please contact us immediately (within 15 days from delivery) in order to take the necessary steps, which may include a full refund if you so wish. In case of broken bottles on arrival, please photograph and send us the photo in order to communicate with the forwarding company. It is important to keep your proof of purchase and the receipt slip of the transport company.
